Poster Display Guidelines

Delegates whose abstracts have been selected must display a poster summarising their work. Please note that you must be a registered delegate before you can display your poster. To register, visit the registration page. The deadline for registration is June 25, 2011.

•	All posters must fit onto a space the size of 1m (width)* 2.5 m (height).
•	Please ensure that your poster is not too heavy. Only double-sided tape will be permitted for mounting your poster onto the poster board. This will be available at the Summit.
•	Posters will be displayed at the Summit venue: Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Meeting Room N200 Concourse, Level 2, Expo Drive Entrance, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
•	Please proceed to the Secretariat Room (Meeting Room N203, Level 2, HKCEC) to find out the exact location and number of your poster board on July 9, 2011.
